Delete your Ludo Bloom account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Ludo Bloom.
2. Tap the gear icon to open Settings.
3. Tap Account → Delete account.
4. Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

By email

If you no longer have the app, email support@ludobloom.app with the subject “Delete my account”. Include your Player ID or the email address of the Apple, Google or Facebook login you used. We may ask you to confirm the request from that email address. We complete deletions within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your profile, display name, avatar, login links, friends list, stats, levels, coins, gems, items, chat messages and push tokens.

What we keep

Records of purchases (product, price, date and transaction ID) are kept for up to 6 years because UK tax law requires it. Match records needed to settle other players’ results are kept with your name removed. Deleted coins, gems and items cannot be restored.
